Hello All,
Just a quick e-mail to say THANK YOU for everything all of you have done for us! We just finished having the new vinyl and carpet installed in our house, and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience! Nic was very helpful, professional, and educated us on the pros and cons of where we started and then ended up with our selection of new vinyl and carpet for our house. He made us feel at home, was low pressure, and was extremely helpful in our final selections. We always have some trepidation with any service in our home, having experienced a full range of ‘experiences’ in the past. Keith was such a pleasant surprise, showing up on time, and was the most efficient, competent and professional installer we’ve ever experienced. He worked very hard, was very friendly, and was very conscientious about cleaning up after himself throughout the entire install. The quality of his work shows his long experience and gift of craftsmanship; his attention to detail is unmatched.
