Review content:
I have a hard time believing all of the 5 star ratings here. The movers were nice enough to me, but were certainly in no hurry. The were getting paid by the hour and it was obvious that they were trying to make as much as possible. At one point I got frustrated and started packing my own car much faster than the 3 guys were packing the van.
They took multiple smoke breaks, where all 3 guys just sat around smoking, including smoking INSIDE the van with my belongings inside.
Towards the end of the move, they sat and refused to complete the move until they were paid in full, which resulted in them sitting around for about 30 minutes until I was able to go to the bank and get cash to pay them.
I took 3 guys about 6.5 hours to move my things from a storage unit, where everything was already packed, into my garage. They hardly took anything inside my home. Ridiculous.
At the end of the move, I felt like I had been ripped off all day. It was a terrible experience. There's no way I would hire this company again.
