My son Mikey broke the living room window on Halloween trying to scare his older bro Brandon. Unfortunately he didn't know his own strength and put his hand right thru. Called a few different places that hadn't a clue or were rude/crude. Andy was very helpful, informative and patient with me. I was prepared to go with him right away based on his customer service alone, but then he gave me his est and it was significantly lower than Home Depot (whom I think just quoted high cuz he didn't want to deal with me) and very competitive with the others. Excellent customer service and compt. pricing??? Heck yeah, these are my glass guys for sure!!!!!!
O.K. follow up review...they just put the window in this morning. The quoted price was within $20 of the actual price including taxes which is truly wonderful. I know there are others out there like me that have been quoted prices only to end up paying huge taxes, fees and other tacked on charges. Not this company. The owner, Andy, is the one who took my call and was very professional and patient, the installer showed up at exactly 11a.m. (our time slot was btwn 10 and noon), was very courteous, efficient and overall wonderful. He was in and out in half an hour and cleaned up any mess made. My new window is so clean and clear it looks like there isn't even a window there. I'm telling you folks, this is one awesome company that deserves your business.
