Review content:
These are beautiful, red brick apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms, some are duplex. They are in a beautiful and prime location in Radburn near CVS & R Park. Most have been updated and the landscape is kept nice like a true garden apartment. The only bad thing I can say about Bergen Properties is my experiences with the arrogant, lying, domineering, and patronizing superintendent, Ylli.
Over the past couple of years, I've learned he does not and will not fix things that need to be fixed, and does not answer or return phone calls. I see him yelling at other tenants, including old women and CHILDREN. No joke.
I know it's an old joke, the landlord that won't do anything. But this guy was hired to take care of a group of apartments. He gets free cost of living (which few people in America can say) and he does not take care of his tenants.
