I cannot begin to tell you how pleasantly surprised and wonderfully impressed I was with the service Chip and Park Place Lexus Grapevine extended to me with the lease of my RX350. \r

From the time you retrieved Mr. Venner's e-mail from me, describing my desire to lease a vehicle through your company, the customer service you exhibited was exceptional. I so appreciated your attention to my transaction and especially since I know you have so many others who require your attention.\r

It has now been one week since my lease and so far, I feel I made the right choice of vehicle (still getting use to the whole SUV idea)! I've been a sedan driver, always. In any case, the service and courtesy was outstanding! \r
