Fantastic, friendly, and professional green clean! I have two small children who like to read, play, and jump up and down (did I say that?) on our sofa and it desperately needed a chemical-free clean that wouldn't leave me wondering what they were inhaling afterward. Imagine my delight when I called JJ's and the owner Julie's response to my questions about little ones and toxic chemical burdens from cleaning products was: ""hey, I can DRINK my product!"" Now how many upholstery cleaning companies can say that? Yes? I'm still waiting? That's what I thought! Then imagine my further delight when I found her to be one of the most friendly and professional service providers I've ever worked with. Julie came to our house 20 minutes *early* and immediately gave us a reasonable estimate. She got to work with her machine, which she clearly loves like a dear friend, right away. (She'll be happy to tell you why it's the most superior upholstery cleaning machine on the market, primarily this has to do with the fact that its suction is so powerful that your upholstery/carpets are dry in a mere 1/2 hour and thus, no time for *mold* to start growing...hallelujah, says toxic-burden-freaked-out mom!) She soon found that the job was much more than she had signed up for (mostly since I had previously used soap to clean a stain...note to self, BIG no-no). She cheerfully soldiered on while soap bubbles from my faux-pas almost overran her precious machine, and kept working despite the fact that this unanticipated error caused her about an hour more than she originally thought. Despite the extra hard work and despite my insistence, she refused to change her original estimate. My sofa looks like it's brand-new, smells fresh and delightful, and is ready for two little girls to snuggle up and read some books this evening. Thanks Julie for a super-professional, cheerful, and eco-friendly fabulous job!
