I have been waiting for a place like this to come around! Being a working woman, I needed a small, tidy place to find delicious food that was ready to eat and healthy at the same time. I hated going to commercial grocery stores with their bright lights and long lines and generic, processed and dull food! Give me something fresh, something different...
That's exactly what The Space is. Not only is the owner, Calvin, an incredible chef, his expert knowledge and personality will have you coming back for more! His wife, Kathleen, occupies the back half of The Space with her Yoga studio. Her infectious laugh and good spirits make you want to don lycra and spandex and get in positions you've never dreamt possible! You couldn't find friendlier people with the best intentions for your well-being and state-of-mind. And every time I leave The Space, my mind states that my being is doing very, very well!
