After we sat down it took our waitress 10 to 15 minutes to acknowledge us (she walked by us several times and did not say a word). After that we ordered the edamame and 3 rolls. When we got the edamame it was clear it had been microwaved. Some of it was lukewarm some still semi-frozen. We complained to our waitress and she began to explain that it is ""An American thing to want warm edamame"" and was totally dismissive about our complaint. After waiting 40 to 45 minutes for our roles we saw several tables who arrived long after we did getting their roles. I asked the waitress if she forgot to put in our order and again she was totally dismissive and said that their were a lot of people their and we would just have to wait. Finally we got our roles and I asked why people who were seated 20 minutes after us got their roles before us. She then told me I was an ass. WORST Waitress I have ever had. I complained to the manager and he was very apologetic, but the night was still ruined. The roles themselves were average at best, and not worth the TERRIBLE SERVICE. Pros: anime decor Cons: Service
