I don't always do this, but I just purchased a saddle from the Chap Shop over the phone and am so pleased with the service and the saddle. I am new to reining and had tried some different saddles and was trying to find one I liked in my price range. Shane patiently listened to what I needed and what I liked in the borrowed saddles I had tried and suggested one for me in my price range. He told me I could try it and if I didn't like it, return it for a full refund. I tried it for several days in a row and love it. It's just what I needed. He called to see how I liked it and told me to let him know when I decided for sure if I wanted to keep it. When I called him to tell him I was keeping it, he sent me - without me asking - a cleaning kit specifically for my saddle along with a full sheet of hand-written instructions on how to care for the saddle now and in years to come. I highly recommend doing business with them. I got a great saddle at a great price and the service is even better.
