I have known Fred Neff for over thirty years and have used him for both personal and business litigation starting in 1976. Fred Neff is affable and quite approachable to discuss legal issues. Mr. Neff is respectful toward me. Fred?s sensitivity to the human side of issues is a strong plus in working through situations. It has been my experience that he is easy to get to talk to about a concern and open to helping out. Fred always takes an interest in my concerns and spends the amount of time it takes to go through my legal matters in depth.
