I was a NEW customer to Natures Rubbish for basic yard waste removal. I purchased the SUB-3 Annual Subscription Service for $80.00 which stated ""You supply your own paper bags. We collect up to Three (3) bags or bundles per week. SEE CALENDAR FOR PICK UP SCHEDULE.LIMIT STRICKLY INFORCED.Price for 12 months"" First of all the service is acutally only from March - November NOT 12 months. Second, wnen i put out 3 bag limit, they only picked up 2 indicating that the 3rd bag was over weight limit- this was not clearly marked on their site. When i emailed Kevin about the issue, he called me a liar saying I filled the bag with mud and told me i should find service elsewhere offering me less than half of a refund!! "" I do know how much the last bag weighed because for my own satisfaction I brought a bathroom scale with me today. It weighed 91 lbs. I pick up thousands of bags each day and I know when a bag is grossly overweight. I will not risk injury because someone wants to squeeze two bags into one rather than buy an over limit sticker."" I would NEVER do business with this company! \r
