I'm waiting for a callback on a mower that went and was supposed to be done two weeks ago. After leaving several messages, I get a voicemail from them saying that a part was on order...although I was never notified of any repairs that were to be done and that it would end up being about another week before it would be finished. Called today and someone answered after hours. Was told that they didn't receive any parts today (contrary to the msg from last week). I simply said, ""I'm not sure what's going on...this was supposed to be done two weeks ago."" The response was ""We're closed. I'll call you tomorrow"" and Rebecca hung up on me.
I don't get it. So friendly at the drop-off but very elusive and withholding of info now that they've got my mower.
Pros: Closeby and seemingly friendly
Cons: Having trouble getting info, won't return calls, late
