Been useing Prolube of America in Blue Springs for years for all my vehicles needs. Oil changes and inspections. Today 3-9-2008 called ahead and inquired if a vehicle inspection could be performed and was told yes till 5:00P.M. When I took the vehicle there at approx. 11:30A.M. was told the vehicle would not clear the opening in the floor. I told them that this vehicle had been here numerous times for oil changes and safety inspections. Then I was told it would be late this afternoon, there was only one car in a bay and one person in the waiting room. I was told by the very upset assistant manager they had to drive the vehicle in. I got out of my vehicle and stood outside. One of the mechanics said to step inside and i did so he could close the door. Soon after this the very belligerant assistant manager said that i had to wait inside the waiting room. I went into the room and he follwed me. This is where he literally blewup accusing me of calling him a liar and such. I explained to him again that i had this and other vehicles here numerous times. At this point he told me to get out he had the right to refuse sevice to anybody. They allready had my vehicle inside the hood up and were done with the inspection. He refused to write the necessary paper work. I then left. I would not rate my experiance with even one star. I will be sure and share with the automotve industry ( car dealers ) my bad experiance. The assistant managers bad attitude and behavior was innapropriate an unacceptable. I will also share this with the better business bereau, and Prolube of America corp. franchise office.
