I discovered Freeport Garage Door Co. through word of mouth. I heard that everyone went to Freeport, so when my 91-year-old mother needed a new garage door, I set up an appointment for the installation. And I was shocked how amazing the installer was. He was professional, polite and he was in and out in a matter of hours. And, the door is amazing.
My mother's house is another 100-year-old house in Ozone Park Queens, and we have been trying for years to get her to replace the garage door. Freeport offered a good price, so we hired them and we were very impressed. I was so impressed with the gentleman who came out to install the door that I actually called his office to tell them while he was still cleaning up. I cannot believe the quality. It was a no-frills door. There are no windows and it is not electric, and it turned out wonderful. I have since told everyone of my friends about them.
My mother is 91 years old so I had to handle everything, but she still insisted on asking the installer questions. He patiently took the time to answer all of my mom's questions and he showed her over and over how to use everything. He was so impressive. He is Freeport Garage Door's best advertising.
