We were recommended to Freeport Garage Door by our contractor. He uses them when he does his jobs. We went there and picked out a custom door for our garage and then a smaller, steel, half-door for our storage area. They were pretty good. We had a long wait for the custom door, about 8 weeks, so we got a little impatient, but it looks good.
Freeport Garage Door did come and install our smaller door earlier, before the custom door arrived. We appreciated that because normally they would rather do it all at once, but they didn't make us wait. We were happy because of that.
They took care of whatever we needed to have taken care of. They were helpful with the decision process and had booklets available for us to see. We originally went to another place, but we couldn't get information there. Freeport made sure everything was installed and taken care of. The person they sent to do the installation was very helpful. We had some back and forth on the telephone, but overall they were pretty good.
