I love the store, fine gift items and nice selection of Vera Bradley bags, which I love. Stationery section of the store offers nice quality and decent selection, especially the personalizations. Staff can be aloof, maybe because I did not have an appointment to sit and view engravable invitations, but once I sat down to work on my son's first birthday invites, the process became friendlier (but of course, I dished out $300!) I left the place thinking prices are somewhat high, but the end result was beautiful. BUT, I didn't appreciate the unwelcomed feeling I had at first, you don't offer good customer service to only those who decide to spend some money. Remember, repeated business comes from people's good shopping experience!
Pros: fine goods, great stationary, variety of items
Cons: no parking, quasi customer servic, pricey
