I had my ford explorer towed to 24 hour a few months ago because my brakes were grinding. Shawn not only provided me with the best customer service, but he made it his duty to have it fixed in a timely manner, and also detailed my car with his state of the art supplies. The staff was very helpful and educated me about other issues I have with the car because it was not running as good as it did when i first bought it. 24 hour auto is a high quality shop that gave me nothing but great service. Did I also mention when waiting for my car to be fixed, 24 Hour has a huge comfortable couch and a large flate screen that i had to peel my son off of because shawn told me he wants his customers to feel as if they were at home! Hes a great guy! I recommend going to his shop!
