Review content:
Weird title, I know. But to explain: If you have to shop late evening/night hours and you do not want to deal with frat boys and rude college kids, this is not your store. I'm not just talking about the under-aged minors giggling or guffawing as they scheme loudly about whose fake id to use to buy alcohol (which, by the way, I witnessed nearly EVERY time I've shopped there). \r
\r
I'm actually talking about the cashiers, too! If you bring in your young family to shop, and you don't want to deal with immature college students who spend their time as cashiers being more interested in flirting with the young coeds, rather than helping you, then this is not the place for you. I understand the need to flirt, but not at the expense of my time. I have better things to do than watch them flub and stutter out their best lines. (But, maybe that's why the minors might want to shop here. *hint hint)\r
\r
Anyhow, I assume this is all due to the ""good ole boy"" assistant manager(?) or supervisor(?) who is rude and obnoxious. If he has no time to deal with you or be even minimally courteous, why should his staff be any better? \r
\r
Bottom line, if you are okay with navigating through the hordes of college kids anxious to buy cheap wine and discount beer, if you are okay that the cashiers are not courteous or helpful, if you are okay with the lower management being the epitome of rudeness then, this is your store. Otherwise there are plenty of other supermarkets in that area to go to!
Pros: All Albertsons, even this one, seem to have good prices
Cons: This particular one has horrible customer service!
