Do not hire Marie Burgos!!! After 10 months of her incompetentcy and the incompetency of her contractors, I am still trying to move into my apartment. She'll show you pictures that look good and it's all a fake. The telephones, ceiling fan and lights don't work because the electrical wiring was all wrong and dangerous, as was the plumbing. My downstairs neighbor's ceiling already collapsed The tile grout in the kitchen constantly comes out because the floor underneath the tiles are uneven. The bathroom tiles are all dull and have drip marks. Both tiles in both rooms were done 2 times each. Everything delivered was damaged. I had to pay for 2 toilets. She will change and implement designs that you did not agree to. She takes you to stores and then buys from a designer discount store. You get the quote from the 1st higher priced.store. You have no idea what the true prices are. She charges $75 for every hour of shopping and 19% of everthing that is bought, BUT you will never receive an original store receipt, only her makeshift invoices with whatever prices she wants to charge. Everything was broken, scratched, stolen or not installed properly. Once again, save yourself and don't hire Marie Burgos!
