Review content:
Our cars were towed by this company today and the owner was very unprofessional and unethical. We explained that our cars were towed where there were no signs or warnings posted and he said there was nothing he could do and he was simply there to HELP OUT THE OWNER while he was away. When we went to pay, he told us that the connection for the credit card machine was not working and that he could not figure out how to feed the paper to read it manually. My friend, the resident of the property from which we were towed, offered to help. He came out, and she tried to help him, but it did not work. He then took her into the office to help him connect it back to the computer, but he said he didn't know which wall jack it was connected to. He told us that he could not accept the credit cards and to go to a cash machine. At this point, my friend's mother, whose car was also towed, asked to speak to the owner but the man said that THE OWNER was in Florida and could not be reached. When we returned, he gave us a paper to sign, but we wanted to checked our cars for any new damage. He opened the gates to let us in but refused to open the gates to let us out because he said he could not see us although we were standing right outside the window he was standing in front of. The young lady behind him ended up opening the gate. We paid and, again, my friend's mother asked for contact info for THE OWNER to speak to him when he returns since he was being unprofessional. In reply he said that he was, in fact, THE OWNER. He said he didn't want to deal with the complaints. We said that he misrepresented himself but he replied he was from Florida and that we never asked him if he was the owner. In the five years that I knew my friend, this was the first time I have ever seen her cry. He took advantage of her and our situation and misrepresented himself by lying about who he was. We arrived at about 845am and didn't leave until about 10am because of his unprofessional and unethical behavior.
