My wife and I would like to say what a great pleasure it has been to work with Tyson at QAV. We've purchased a major electronic system from QAV and we could not be happier with its performance. The amount of research that Tyson did for us once he had our wish list was just incredible. That research was very complete and also came with options from Tyson that we had not looked at before. The brands that we purchased are all quality brands that Tyson and QAV stand behind. We did experience a slight problem with one of our components and Tyson determined the problem with exceptional promptness. His problem solving skills and service are just incredible. Within a couple of days we had a replacement and we were up and running. For all our future electronic component purchases we rely on Tyson and QAV. I cannot say enough about the service we have received. With QAV around there simply isn’t any reason for my wife and I to shop anywhere else ever again.
