I contracted with Justin to repair/replace my foundation. a 19,000 job. He was suppose to get permits and lines marked to begin work. work was scheduled to begin in August. Of course he never applied for the permit (the city has no record of a application). He called me 4 days after he was suppose to begin to tell me that he had accepted another job and would not be able to do my job. He give me a check for the deposit I provide him of $6,333 and it bounced.
After weeks of fighting with him to get my money back he has only given back 1,500.
DO NOT USE THIS PERSON! He's a thief that prays on homeowners
