I found Cabbie's Cab online after being disappointed by the cab choices around Cambridge (dirty, dishonest, cramped leg room, etc). I am so much happier now that I found Rajan! His business focuses on airport transportation that is clean and professional. He is also very tech savvy so you can text message with him.
I usually text Rajan my flight/location information (he has my past locations stored in his ipad) and he picks me up hassle free. And he is always early so I never have to worry about whether I will make my plane on time. The one time my plane landed early and Rajan was not at the airport, he offered me a free ride home. This was after I gave him less than 3 hour notice to pick me up so he went to get a car wash to make sure the car was spotless. I can't believe this kind of service exists! I was so sick of Boston cab drivers taking long scenic routes around the city while I sat in the filthy backseat. I can finally relax when I know Rajan is picking me up. I think he also takes credit cards (according to his website) which is a plus.
