Very happy with Black Belt BBQ. Served their brisket (wet/sauced) next to Jack Stack burnt ends. Final opinion was that their meat was every bit as good, if not better, than Jack Stacks.
We've used them twice now and each time we've been very happy with what we ordered.
Mary and Colin are great to work with.
