Beware! My grandmother lives in an assisted living facility and needed a doppler done to rule out a potentially life-threatening condition. The ""technician"" showed up and signed in while she was eating lunch in the dining room. He decided to leave without telling anyone and never did the test. Apparently, he didn't want to wait for her to finish eating. (?) Company was called at 5pm after realizing that he had signed in and left without doing the test. After a labyrinth of explaining and re-xplaining the situation, they said they would send someone out that night or first thing in the morning. By 3pm the next day, still no one showed up. They had to be called again and finally sent someone out to do the test. Lucky for them the test results were negative. This type of negligence is unacceptable.
