Review content:
There's nothing I miss more from Germany than the open - air markets. This little market here in the heart of Charleston isn't as big, but it has quality stuff. The vendors change as the season progresses, but the products are good and well-priced. I personally enjoy the summertime the most. There's NOTHING like fresh, local tomatoes, cucumbers and melons in spring and summer. Don't forget the yummy ice cream, too! As fall comes, you get pumpkins, root vegetables and cabbages. Now that it's Christmas-time, there are BEAUTIFUL cut trees (and well-priced, in my opinion), wreaths, garland, rooted trees, and cut boughs so you can make your own decorations. I love the idea of buying locally and what's in season, and I know you will too.
