My house was BURGLARIZED during my Feather Duster's cleaning! The cleaning lady's admit to bringing a ""friend"" onto my property, and watched him go thru my dresser drawers (talk about invastion of privacy!). Not only did he steal items (cash, gun, etc.), he also left our front window unlocked--I assume he was planning to come back later for more!!! The police have filed felony charges. \r
Feather Dusters claims to be licensed, bonded, and insured; but when I contacted them about the theft, they refused to give their insurance/bond info. They were extremely rude! I later discovered they are NOT licensed thru DPOR, and don't even have a current local business license. Dispite claiming to do criminal background checks, I have discovered the lead cleaning lady has a long criminal record for check fraud and drunk driving. Using this company has been a NIGHT MARE!!! I no longer feel safe in my own home, and I've lost personal belongings....but what angers me most is the company's refusal to do ANYTHING to make it right! \r
***If you have used this company, you should also know these lady's admit to taking this man to other homes so he could help them ""clean"".
