Businiess name:  Roofwerks

Review content:
Roofwerks is apparently a new-ish roofing company started by some folks who used to work for Baker Roofing. I've never dealt with Baker Roofing, but Roofwerks did the roofs in my town house community. The roofs appear to be fine, but the crews cause lots of damage to other property, and they refuse to take responsibility for the damage. Some things they have fixed, but they dented and damaged gutters on my bulding and have refused to fix them but most irritating is that they ripped my window screens and flatly refused to pay for them when confronted with their damage. They said no one saw them do it and couldn't prove they did it. They added that screens were cheap to repair and that I should just do it. My question is: If they're cheap to repair, why didn't they just pay for them to be repaired in the name of customer service?"" The only conclusion I can come up with is that they do not really care about customer service.\r Pros: Nice looking roofs Cons: Lots of collateral damage, tar stains, dented gutters, ripped screens
