If I could give negative stars I would. The did a lousy job. When they showed up and my dog barked at them they acting very offended. The cleaners did not introduce themselves or ask me to show them around and it made me very uneasy to have them in my home. Their ad promises 100% satisfaction but they do not deliver. There was cleanser residue in my shower and tub. The shower door did not get cleaned at all. Toilets were still dirty, sinks had hair in them. They didnt dust anything that wasnt at eye level and the things they did dust, they only dusted the very front and did not move anything or dust behind anything. When they swept and mopped they didnt move the trash can or pick up the dog food dishes or bins. Im not sure they even mopped because my house didnt smell clean when they were done. Vacuuming was very poor as well. They did not edge or pick up small items that could easily be moved and vacuumed under. Kithen sink still had muck in it and they didnt even move the toaster and canisters and clean behind or clean the inside of the microwave or under the rangetop. They left my furniture a mess too. didnt even straighten pillows or fold the blankets to try and make it look nice. I have experience working as a professional house cleaner and with this knowledge I KNOW this is what a REAL professional cleaning service offers. Over all very very poor cleaning job. I called to complain and had to leave a message, twice and no return call. I called back the next day and finally got someone on the line. The receptionist was very rude with me and told me that they would only come back and fix the stuff that wasnt done and they would not re-clean my entire house. So much for their 100% satifaction promise. i agreed to let them come back (nearly a week later was the soonest she could get someone) . That morning came and went and they didnt show up. This company lacks professionalism, does not care about their customers and their cleaners are lazy.
