Review content:
How does a restaurant in Boise become the perfect place for a special occasion or a customer dinner? I the case of Chandlers Steak House, there are 4 key ingredients:
• Ambiance – this place is sharp, hip and cool and has that buzz that you want from a restaurant. There is music every night and the jazz musicians make it seem like they are playing just for you.
• Drinks – they have a great wine list that just gets better every month. All the staff is educated and they understand the nuisances of all the vineyards. But best of all, the10-minute martini. Their award-winning bartender Patrick makes them to suit all tastes—from gin to vodka, to the deconstructed Vesper.
• Great food – this is a basic of any restaurant but Chandlers delivers over the top. Their steaks will make anyone satisfied as they use only the best cuts and they know how to cook them right. It’s kind of cheating because the oven they have makes a steak that you can’t get at home. While they bill themselves as a steak restaurant, their fish is amazing. They fly in it daily and the sea bass, scallops and “today’s special” is as good as anywhere in NY, Chicago or LA.
• People – last but not least, their people make the difference. From the moment you walk into the place you feel like everyone wants you to have a great time. And the more you go, the more the place feels like home – without the relatives.
