Review content:
Il ost two dogs at the MSPCA recently. The abuse and negligent care received was horrific. No explanation---thousands of dollars and no one at the MSPCAS' cares. The death of this dog is inexcusable, the suffering she was subjected to inhumane; considering I even called the animal enforcement branch prior, to report and elicit help. The upper echelon refuses to entertain any questions and I've been forbidden from speaking to any employee, except to insure additional unknown charges---no itemization. I'm physically disabled, all alone. Thanks to the MSPCA I may loose my home. Thanks to the MSPCA, I will not ever be able to have a dog to depend on again. . The problems are all in the managements handling of employees and clients, the dollar is the bottom line, and these people dont care at all what happens to any animal or person as a result
