-The office claims that they have several scholarships, but when it is time to start applying for Financial Aid, none of their staff members are educated or qualified to give detailed information. I ended up receiving 3 different e-mails from the same person on how to fill out the FAFSA from and all three e-mails gave wrong information. Finally, the head of the department e-mailed me, BUT she didn't even have the correct information until she made a phone call. All staff should be qualified to answer basic questions and if they don't know the answer, they should apologize and mention that they will get back to you with the information ASAP.
