Very unhappy! We really wanted to like Quinn's but it was difficult. The owner obviously knows a lot of people and has done this place up right. We had been there before and enjoyed it. However, the last time we went it was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The food had the potential of being good but wasn't. 2 of us ordered medium rare. 1 came out raw and the other well done. The potatoes had been sitting out and were spongy. We sent back the potatoes and were given more of the same. Had to send back a complete meal. I can deal with things going wrong but here is the part I can't deal with. The owner was there and could have cared less. He was surrounded by many friends and must have thought we were just the picky pain in the butt customer, so basically we were written off. You need to be a friend of the owner. Pros: Had the potential of being good Cons: Unless you are a friend of the owner they don't care!
