I have been going to Kinetic Sports Rehab for a couple of months now for a lower back injury and IT Band issues. Dr. DeRoche's approach to treating my injuries through Active Release Therapy and soft tissue treatment have been instrumental in my recovery and rehab. The treatment is two fold in that you not only get treated by Dr DeRoche but also see an incredibly knowledgable physical therapist/trainer, Sean, in the same session. Sean has a functional training approach and has been great in working with me on my mobility, flexibility, and core strength. I have seen a marked improvement in a short amount of time and have Kinetic Sports Therapy to thank for it; highly recommended!
