Review content:
Southern Detail Works returned a filthy car to me. The manager refused to re-vacuum. He had them re-clean but it was still dirty. The car was done in one hour on what was supposed to be a 90 minute to two hour job. The manager, Nate, yelled at me because I had a coupon and said he was not going to vacuum my car again because I had come in on a special and I could not expect to get service like I would if I was paying full price. Those were not his very words. Three hours later and I am still shaking from how he yelled at me. I did not dare to ask for a second re-do because I needed to avoid the abuse and leave. Avoid the business at all costs.
