Review content:
I found that Ron Powers Construction ""misses the mark"". I would not re-hire him. The project was to pour cement around an existing pad and install turf block next to and the same hieght as existing turf block. The turf block is a type of screen block that is laid down in an area and then you plant grass in the holes, once it is in you can drive over it and not create any ruts. Once it grows in, you would not notice the bock below it look like a grassy area. The turf block was suppose to start at a certain line and was started about six inch back instead of how we originally laid it out. I have paid him in full, I have talked to him a couple of times, he has promised to come back and fix by drill holes into the cement to even out the grass line. After aobut 4 or 5 months it has not been done.
