NW Energy Savers was very attentive and worked with me to get a good deal on the windows I wanted so I decided to go with them because it was a good price. I had to initiate much of the contact after the contract was signed however to get updates or specifically ask to be kept informed since the windows were delayed from the manufacturer. The response from the dealer was always timely. The window installers were excellent and were able to install them in one day despite previous delays. They were relatively tidy with their clean up. The dealer came to make sure I was satisfied with the job before it was completed as well and followed up to make sure I had my necessary paint sample. I am very happy with my beautiful wood Pella windows.

There was some communication issues with the manufacturer because of the holidays and production delays which did create some gaps in getting back to the client.We really had to hustle to meet the clients requirement for installation prior to 12/31 and we accomplished it. She was very happy and so are we.
