Review content:
Three Rivers installed a Trex deck in July 2011. At the time of installation they cracked the Trex material where they had placed screws in many locations. We negotiated that we would pay them for the completed job although we had concerns that the Trex board integrity may be comprimised based on the cracks. Three Rivers provided a 5 year warranty ""Three Rivers to warranty additionally over standard one year warranty on labor for the few areas of Trex used around concrete side perimeter of pool where in fact material has cracked at screw penetration for up to five years."" One of the boards split entirely in half in September and we have left numerous phone messages regarding the issue with Bob Fulder, Owner of Three Rivers Construction with no return call to remedy the issue.
