at first our visit started out nice, then when we got our food, our caesar pizza did not have the chicken on it and the calzone we ordered was brought out as a hoagie! Our waitress said they could remake the entire pizza and it would be about 20 more minutes or they could just bring out some chicken in a bowl to put on the pizza. We asked for the chicken in a bowl. There was so mcuh pesto on it we could hardly eat it! We decided to keep the hoagie because getting a calzone would also take 20 minutes. We then got the check and were informed we would get a 15% discount because of the chicken missing. Then we get our check and it has an appetizer that we did not order crossed out with a pen ($4.00) and then on the bottom it has the 15% discount plus a $3.40 credit. I asked our server about it and she snuffed at it and said she would change it. The problem is that she had already run my credit card. Mind you, the .60 is not a big deal but just the fact that they overlooked something after such a horrible experience and then acted like we were being soooo hard to please. It was just an overall bad experience. Not only that, but as we were leaving, the server was obviously talking about us to other employees and pointing at us on our way out. I will definitely never be back. Not once did a manager come over and apologize or anything. I eat out very often and regret to say no one should expect good service from this place.
