I thought my woes were over, next day water was all over the basement floor. Dan was there in a flash, to find that old plumbing in the house had not been capped properly. When the neighbor remodeled and tied into the old stack, their clogged drain shot water out the drain pipe into the basement ceiling. He had it capped in a matter of minutes.
