I've trained with Kratai for over 5 years and I have never found a better personal trainer. Her level of professionalism and knowledge about nutrition and exercise are the absolute best - bar none! She works with you on fitness, nutrition, education, and teaches you how to be good to your body. Those fast-food, meat locker gyms with cardboard personal trainers and outrageous fees that don't really work with you one-on-one to meet your personal goals be damned! If you want a tough workout with a trainer that cares about your interpersonal needs and desires, then run, don't walk, to this studio.\r

When I was preparing for my wedding, she helped me reach goals I thought I would never be able to obtain. I was looking fine as wine on the beaches of Mexico and Kratai continues to help me maintain these goals today. Working out with Kratai again this summer was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I feel complete - mind, soul, and body. Give her a call. You won't regret it!
