we stayed at one of the condos that gulf coast managed - it was a bad experience - once we told gulf coast about it - they really did not seem to care - they were just about maximizing their $$$ for the summer months - they told us they would call us back, but never did, even after leaving repeated emails and messages - they look great from the outside, but watch out - try to avoid if possible
Pros: have a decent selection of condos in galveston to rent from
Cons: unprofessional, more concerned about thier $$$, not sure if they will represent thier owners the right way
