Had this bank for a few years cause they were in the local Kroger and I wnated to local bank to go with mu primary USAA (excellent). We only have one small direct deposit come into this bank and cashed local checks. Just noticed the other day the account was overdrawn cause wife wrote a check and used this account rather than our primary. No problem sent over the funds to cover it. Took 3 days through EFT!!! Got hit with high overdraft charge ($37) send more over to cover it and now I am getting hit for $10 a day for overdraft!! While I am waiting on their system to cycle my payment. Cancelling this bank and just using our USAA and NavyFederal(both are excellent with Navy getting the nod over USAA). Shame on Kroger for letting this second rate bank into their locations, get a real national bank not these pretenders.
