CKD is an excellent martial art in that you can be a kid or an aging adult and gain very useful practical moves. It is a fun effective workout without all the hype! Master Jason Bowen is a patient and skilled instructor - kids LOVE him as well as use older folks. If you are looking for a martial art that you can learn without wreaking your joints and you want a fun environment to learn in then give Mr. Bowen a try!
