I am a regular customer at Sushi House uptown. There are 2 locations in Hoboken,the one on 1st is BYOB, the one uptown location has a bar and lounge area. The Sushi rolls are always fresh, you can tell that they do NOT use frozen fish. Recently I noticed that the Fish Tanks are out of Service. I am friendly with the owner and asked if they are renovating. He advised that he has a new partner taking over the management of the restaurant starting in the New Year and they are planning to give the Restaurant a ""Face Lift"" in time for the outdoor seating. Fish tanks or not, the food is always great and I also noticed he has a friendly new staff. I would defiantly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Sushi. Long Live the fish!!!
