Its walls are lined with paintings by CA artist Todd White. The lighting, particularly good for those who are vain of flesh. Ambience is stylish, hip and gorgeous. This is a wonderful place to go in Stillwater when you can't see the river (at night). In the summer, the terrace features jazzy little ensembles...not a bad way to spend a warm summer night. The food is quite good. Seared Ahi Tuna is delightful, served with garlic mashed potatos. Or, if you're not too hungry, the mini burgers with bleu cheese and carmelized onions are heavenly. They have a great selection of wines, and offer a well stocked bar. The crowd is a bit older and more well-monied than local pubs like ""The Capper"", and while it doesn't offer the view of the river, like ""The Dock Cafe"", it's a great place to hang out, and maybe impress a first date. Romantic, stylish and a great place to eat. Make sure you visit in the winter, these tourist towns need the business to stay afloat! Pros: Ambience, Food, Wine, People Cons: Parking is limited, Summer seating might leaving you waiting for at least an hour.
