So I accidently happened upon some reviews here on CitySearch when I was trying to find Ruby's website. When I read the negative reviews I felt compelled to sign up to respond. Kelly has been my stylist for 4 years now. I went to all of the other high end salons in town and wasn't happy with any of them. I trust Kelly enough that when I walk in I let her figure out my cut and color with very little direction from me and I am always thrilled with the results. As for her attitude, Kelly is terrific. When she found out my wedding was the same weekend as a trip she had planned for her own birthday (when I asked if she could do my hair) she actually contemplated cancelling her own trip. I assured her that while that was very generous that I would feel guilty if she missed her trip. Anyways would HIGHLY recommend to anyone.
