I moved to the Annapolis area from Northern VA about six years ago, and by word of mouth I heard of Ruby’s. I went to Ruby’s and Steve was the stylist I had and I could not have been more pleased. He listened to what I wanted done to my hair then he made suggestions about what would work best for my type of hair. He cut and colored my hair for several years and I was always pleased with the result. I was out of a job , and had to financially cut corners and went to another salon, and was never pleased with the outcome. Finally I made the decision to go back to Steve and am thrilled every time I leave. I couldn’t chose which Steve does best between cutting or coloring hair, but I would highly recommend Ruby’s to anyone who wants a stylish haircut, color or a trim. Mary
