i have a condo downtown, the capret cleaners came over, were very friendly, brought their portable machine up and did an amazing job on the carpets, got my pet stains and odor out\r

they did not upsell me, i paid the price i was told over the phone, and they did not raise the price because they had to use a portable machine, i have recommended them to many ppl and will continue to do so\r

i have gotten my carpets cleaned by other companies before and they were either in and out in 30 min, or tried to raise the price at least 100 dollars\r

i will defintely use this comapny again and suggest that you do too
Pros: great job, friendly, did not upsell
Cons: they came a little bit after i was expecting them, but they did call to let me know
