Review content:
Blu is one of those ""we'll take care of you"" establishments, where the staff will greet you the minute you walk in the door with a smile, seat you quickly and immediately bring you a drink. The food is top-notch (I recommend ""The Man Burger"" which isn't on the menu) and available late-night which is nice in a college town where most food services close surprisingly early. Also unique to this establishment is the design, which many of my out-of-town guests have mentioned as ""something that could easily be in NYC."" For those of you who live in Norman, you'll be delighted to know that they stock the beers that Coach's brews.
One of the managers also mentioned that their fresh fish is one of the best items on the menu. Since I don't eat anything that swims, I'll leave that judgment to another reviewer.
Pros: Drinks, steaks and cheese trays as tastey as they are cool!
Cons: You'll have a considerable bill if you enjoy food & drink
